To support these issues, we have a support team committed to solving these new issues as they arise.

To contact the Cyber Range support team, please submit a support ticket including your course/exercise, a description of your issue, and any screenshots or supporting information regarding your problem. Please provide as much context as possible so we are able to efficiently troubleshoot the issue.
